An Alaskan Voyage – Whales, Bears & Glaciers, 14 days

The chance to observe Grizzlies and Black Bears fishing for salmon plus pods of Orca and Humpbacks engaged in their dramatic bubble-net feeding technique are just some of the likely highlights on this epic voyage in one of the world’s last wildernesses. The cruise ventures into Alaska’s fabled Inside Passage, where mountains line the waterways, waterfalls tumble down the steep sides of isolated fjords, diminutive auks nest on moss-laden trees and Bald Eagles soar overhead in search of salmon and other prey. Amazon Wildlife Cruise, 10 days

A staggering 10% of all species known to science occur in the Amazon and this new cruise is designed to maximise the chances of encountering some of this tropical wilderness’s most prized fauna. Explore the Anavilhanas Archipelago National Park in a motorised canoe and also the Jaú National Park in search of colourful birdlife, 14 species of primate and River Dolphins, as well as three-metre wide giant water lilies. Brahmaputra Cruise, 14 days

In the heart of rural Assam, experience a luxury voyage down the mighty Brahmaputra River. Visiting Kaziranga, the Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary, Orang and Nameri National Parks, outstanding wildlife viewing is assured. Look out for the rare One-horned Rhinoceros, Asian Elephant, Water Buffalo and the endangered Gangetic Dolphin, as well as Pallas’s Fishing Eagle. Spitsbergen – Realm of the Polar Bear, 11 days

For icebergs and glaciers, vast seabird colonies, Walrus and Polar Bears, this wildlife expedition to the high Arctic is hard to beat. Cruise on board the ice-strengthened m/v Ortelius around the spectacular island of Spitsbergen, the largest of the Svalbard archipelago, just 600 miles south of the North Pole. Pack-ice lingers offshore throughout the summer, home to the Beluga Whale and the rare Bowhead Whale. Participants will also enjoy the midnight sun, with its 24-hour daylight.
