KwikSweep app makes legal waste disposal more convenient and accessible

London is plagued by fly tipping but the new KwikSweep app makes legal waste disposal more convenient and accessible meaning there is now no excuse for persistent offenders. Last year six London boroughs were in the top ten worst areas for fly tipping incidents. The new app allows homeowners to easily get quotes and book collection from their own homes at a time that is suitable for them.

Research has shown that 38% of fly tippers do it because they do not know where they should dispose of waste but with the KwikSweep App, rubbish is conveniently collected from the source. This makes it even easier than dumping it on the street because there is no need for the homeowner to move their own waste.

Other reasons given for dumping rubbish include not knowing it was illegal (28%), it being the easiest option (22%), the high cost of disposal (16%) and because they could get away with it (11%). These are all terrible reasons for dumping rubbish on the street, especially when the new KwikSweep app makes waste disposal convenient, simple and cost effective.

Earl Mensah CEO said, “For too long fly tipping has been a blight on London’s streets but now with this handy service there is no excuse for it whatsoever. My hope is that everyone can use this app to help keep the city looking clean and tidy.”

KwikSweep will collect waste in any area of London, so residents do not have to waste time looking up a local tip they can simply arrange collection and get on with their day. This means they can rest assured that the rubbish will be safely removed and disposed of.

Earl Mensah CEO said, “The world has a waste problem too much goes into landfill and isn’t recycled. We hope that by using our service not only will rubbish be properly removed it will be disposed of in a way that doesn’t cause more harm to the earth.”

All waste collected through the app will be dealt with to the highest environmental standards. KwikSweep is experienced in waste disposal and recycling, having worked with many types of both commercial and domestic waste.
