We received this about Two Fingers. It sounds interesting so we have re-produced it here.
Everyone recognises that we live in an environment that is constantly under threat from the things we pump into our skies, bury in our land and pour into our rivers and oceans – and everyone knows that we need to change.
Our way is to say Two Fingers, to dirt, to waste, to toxic cleaners. That’s who we are and that’s why we exist. At Two Fingers our whole approach is about protecting the environment by preserving precious resources, respecting the need to conserve, and doing everything possible to minimise the impact of excessive packaging, transport and distribution.
Our entire range is ONLY made from ingredients derived from natural, readily biodegradable, renewable and sustainable botanical resources, principally plant and vegetable derivatives. All our products are non-hazardous and have never been tested on animals.
Two Fingers cleaning products are unique in that we transform plant and vegetable based ingredients into particles called micelles, which disrupts the bonds of material to not only clean, but disintegrate dirt and oil.
These micelles are much smaller than that of typical soaps and detergents and (here’s the clever bit) they surround dirt with detergent making the dirt more soluble and lower the surface tension so the dirt comes away from the surface with a simple wipe of a cloth.
Even better is that Micelle products are non-hazardous, non-fuming, non-caustic, non-corrosive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-hazardous. While highly effective, they are exceptionally gentle, safe and readily biodegradable.
Wherever possible, everything we use in our products including getting them to you – must be made from renewable resources and meet the most stringent environmental standards. What’s more, everything about the way we do business aims to minimise our, and your carbon footprint, such as making our products in the UK.
The Two Fingers range has four cleaners, Multi-surface, Bathroom & Shower, Glass, and Floor. The starter pack (£9.99) comes with 4x500ml reusable spray bottles, 4x50ml refill bottles, and 4 micro-fibre cloths.
